User ID: Your full Social Security Number (without dashes)
Example: If your SSN is 123-45-6789, your User ID would be123456789

PIN: The last four digits of your SSN followed by the last two digits of your birth year

Change of Family Status
Cafeteria Plan Guidelines
The WFISD Cafeteria Plan year runs from September 1 through August 31 each year. All eligible health insurance premiums will be automatically deducted pre-tax, as allowed by the plan.
Please note: Once the plan year begins, you cannot make changes to your coverage mid-year unless you experience a Qualified Life Event (QLE).
Examples of QLEs include:

Marriage or divorce

Gaining or losing Medicaid/Medicare eligibility

Birth or adoption of a child

Involuntary loss of other health coverage
You have 30 days from the date of the event to request changes. Be sure to contact the Insurance Office promptly and provide any required documentation.
